At Maestro Distribution, we strive to ensure 100% satisfaction with our premium distribution services. However, due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate costs associated with processing deliveries to DSPs, we have a strict refund policy.
Subscription fees (Label plan) are non-refundable once your account is active and you have submitted your first release for distribution.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if requested within 48 hours of purchase, provided that no music has been approved or delivered to digital stores yet.
If you choose to take down your music from our platform, no partial refunds will be issued for the remainder of your billing cycle.
